MC’s Auto Sales LLC is not responsible for typographical errors, data inaccuracies, or misprints.
Prices are subject to change without notice and may not include applicable taxes, title fees, license fees, registration, documentation fees, or other charges.

3. Sales & Payment

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing by MC’s Auto Sales LLC.
Accepted payment methods include cash, certified checks, approved financing, and other methods agreed upon in advance.
Down payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Financing

Financing is subject to credit approval by third-party lenders.
MC’s Auto Sales LLC is not a bank or finance company and does not guarantee financing approval.
Interest rates, terms, and conditions of financing are set by the lender, not MC’s Auto Sales LLC.

5. “As-Is” Vehicle Sales

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed purchase agreement, all vehicles are sold “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle before purchase.
MC’s Auto Sales is not responsible for repairs or defects after the sale.

6. Test Drives & Liability

All customers must present a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance before taking a test drive.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused during a test drive due to negligent or reckless driving.

7. Trade-Ins

Any vehicle accepted as a trade-in must have a valid title in the seller’s name.
The owner must disclose any known mechanical or title issues before the trade is completed.

8. Website Usage

All website content, including images and descriptions, is the property of MC’s Auto Sales and may not be used without permission.
We are not responsible for any harm or loss resulting from the use or misuse of information on our website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MC’s Auto Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use a vehicle purchased from us.
